Phil’s Dry Rub For Pork Ribs

 ¾ cup Tightly packed light brown sugar
 1 ½ tsp Garlic powder
 ½ tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
 2 dashes Ground cinnamon
 ¼ tsp Red cayenne pepper
 1 tsp Paprika
 1 tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Ground black pepper
 3 dashes Crushed red pepper* enough to lightly cover the other ingredients

Toss all the ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. Blend everything together with a fork or with clean, dry fingers.

Place your rib rack onto a large cookie sheet or an area that can catch the dripping from the meat as it marinates. Generously apply this rub to both sides of your rib rack and cover it with plastic wrap for about an hour until the meat absorbs the goodness.

Cover Ribs with cellophane for a couple of hours

Bake, grill or smoke your ribs after marinating.
