 2 cups ice cold skim milkwhole milk is okay if you prefer
 ½ oz frozen orange juice from concentrateor, about a scant tablespoon
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 dash cinnamontotally optional for extra flavor
 5 ice cubes
