 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
 1 cup (150g) fresh sliced peachesor frozen
 1 small bananaapproximately 6
 ¼ cup wheat germ
 ¼ cup (62g) orange juicecan be from concentrate
 1 cup ice cubes
Here's all you do:

Toss everything into a good blender and blend.

You can hold back a slice or two of the peach or banana and use it for a garnish. (optional)

After blending well, pour into 2 tall glasses
