Ice Cream & Milk Frappe’

The ingredients you'll need:
 3 oz or 2 shots of espressoyou can also use double strength brewed coffee
 8 oz coffee ice cream(about 3 scoops)
 ½ cup 2% milkskim or whole milk is fine too, whatever you like most
 1 dollop of whipped cream(optional)
 ½ tsp cocoa powder(optional)

Blend together the espresso, ice cream, and milk until smooth

Pour blend into 2, 10-ounce glasses and add a dollop of whipped cream as a topping for each frappe' (the image shown in this recipe is the whole enchilada, in one glass...which is really rich...and oh, so delicious.

As a final touch, you can optionally sprinkle about a 1/4 teaspoon of cocoa powder on top of each frappe', which makes them look extra inviting and creates a mini-mocha to this delicious frappe' recipe!
