Brew a full cup of earl grey tea, but make it with just a half-cup of water. This will make it very strong. Allow it to cool and chill well.
Peel and segment the grapefruit and orange. Chill well.
Add all the ingredients to a good blender and blend well.
Pour into two glasses and serve. You can decorate this smoothie with a mint leaf or with a dash of cinnamon!
