Prepare the papaya and mango by cutting into medium-sized chunks. Measure and freeze ahead of time.
Juice 2-3 carrots until you have 1/2 cup ready to go.
Slice and pit 2 medium-sized apricots.
Toss all the ingredients into a good blender and blend until smooth and consistent.
Pour into two separate glasses and serve right away!
