In a blender, add the following:
 100 g baby spinach leavesabout 3 handfuls, loosely filling an average sized blender
 1 small banana6
 ¾ cup 2% milkor use whole milk, if you prefer
 2 fl oz frozen pineapple juice concentrateor, about 1/3 of a can; optionally, you can also use frozen apple juice
 3 or 4 ice cubes
 ½ tsp mint leavesthis is purely optional but tastes delicious!

Blend well!


Divide into two separate glasses and serve. You can hold back slices of the banana for garnish.
