Smiling has got to be good for you, right? 🙂 Seriously though, we aren’t robots, after all, and we need to treat ourselves occasionally. This delicious Mocha Frappe is intended for days when we’ve really earned a nice treat! Great on a hot day, or after a rousing game of horseshoes!
Blend together the espresso, ice cream, and milk until smooth
Pour blend into 2, 10-ounce glasses and add a dollop of whipped cream as a topping for each frappe' (the image shown in this recipe is the whole enchilada, in one glass...which is really rich...and oh, so delicious.
As a final touch, you can optionally sprinkle about a 1/4 teaspoon of cocoa powder on top of each frappe', which makes them look extra inviting and creates a mini-mocha to this delicious frappe' recipe!
