What you need:
 1 medium cucumber, peeledabout 200g
 1 tbsp dried mint leaves2g
 1 cup apple juice - natural, canned, or bottled372g
 1 cup lemon sorbet225g
 1 cup ice cubes

What to do:

Add all the ingredients to a good blender and blend well.

Serve immediately.
