In a blender, add:
 ¼ cup clean and fresh blueberriesor about 20 average sized blueberries (1 oz)
 ½ cup clean and fresh blackberries(72g)
 1 small banana6 - 7 inches in length
 ½ cup apple juicenatural, canned or bottled is fine (124g)
  cup raspberry sorbet

And simply:

Blend well.
